Common questions
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Everything continues to work. Your invoices remain in place, the plugin runs exactly as installed, and any add-on you have bought stays yours permanently. Updates and support pause until you renew.
- Are add-ons a subscription too?
- No. Add-ons are a one-off purchase and are yours permanently. The subscription covers updates and support for everything you own, so there is a single renewal date rather than one per add-on.
- What counts as a site?

One WordPress installation. Moving a site to HTTPS, or adding
www, does not count as a second. Sites you no longer use can be released from your account page, freeing the licence. - Do you see my invoices?
- No. The plugin sends your licence key, your site address and its version numbers. Nothing else. Your clients, your figures and your documents never leave your server.
