Terms of service

These terms cover the paid Polite Reminder subscription and add-ons purchased from this site. The plugin itself is free software, licensed under the GPL.

The subscription

A subscription provides plugin updates, support by email, and the features of the tier purchased, for the sites your tier allows. It renews annually until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; your subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for.

When a subscription ends

The plugin keeps working. Your documents and data are stored on your own site and are not affected. Updates and support stop until the subscription is renewed. Add-ons purchased separately remain yours.

Refunds

If the plugin does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's forms and are never seen or stored by this site. Prices are shown including any tax where required.

Fair use

Licence keys identify your account and are for your own sites. Keys that are shared publicly or resold may be revoked.

Changes

If these terms change, the change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you about it before then.
